Terms and Conditions
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
You need to check that the contents of the parcel containing your egg has been delivered undamaged. Do not rely on the visible signs such as the parcel looking undamaged, please open the parcel before signing for it. If your fresh egg or blown egg has been damaged during delivery to the extent that the shell is cracked please do not sign for delivery, tell the post-person that you are rejecting the parcel, please take a photograph with your mobile and contact us immediately and no more than 24hours after delivery, please email photos to email@example.com . If the outer packaging is not intact please check the parcel to make sure the contents is not damaged before you sign for and accept delivery.
If the parcel is left as instructed we take no responsibility for loss or damage.
If the parcel is signed for then the parcel is deemed to have been delivered in good order and will not be refunded.
If you have rejected the parcel and have sent photos of the cracked egg, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will endeavour to replace the item. If this is not possible we will refund the invoiced value to your bank account.
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been paid for please contact us as soon as possible. Note, we are unable to cancel orders and offer refunds on the day of despatch as these eggs will have already been placed into the postal system.
